4. Title Page

The title page must be submitted as a separate file and must include:

  • Full title of the manuscript (concise, informative, maximum 20 words)
  • Full names of all authors (first name, middle initial, last name)
  • Institutional affiliations for each author (department, institution, city, country)
  • Email address of the corresponding author
  • ORCID iDs of all authors (strongly recommended)
  • Acknowledgments
  • Funding information
  • Conflict of interest declaration
  • Word count, number of tables, and number of figures

The main manuscript file must not contain any author identifying information to ensure blind review.

5. Abstract

The abstract must be structured and include the following headings where applicable:

  • Background / Objective — state the purpose of the study
  • Methods — briefly describe the methodology
  • Results — summarize the main findings
  • Conclusion — state the main conclusions and implications

The abstract must be self-contained and must not contain references, footnotes, or undefined abbreviations.

6. Keywords

Authors must provide 4 to 6 keywords below the abstract. Keywords should:

  • Reflect the main topics of the manuscript
  • Not repeat words already in the title
  • Be specific enough to assist in indexing and search retrieval
  • Be separated by semicolons

7. Introduction

The introduction should clearly state the background and context of the study, identify the research gap or problem being addressed, state the objectives and significance of the study, and provide a brief overview of the manuscript structure.

8. Materials and Methods

This section must provide sufficient detail for the study to be reproduced by other researchers. It should include:

  • Study design and setting
  • Participants or materials used
  • Data collection procedures
  • Analytical and statistical methods
  • Ethical approvals where applicable

For studies involving human subjects or animals, a statement of ethical approval from the relevant institutional review board must be included.

9. Results and Discussion

Results should be presented clearly and concisely. The discussion should interpret the findings in the context of existing literature, address the study's limitations, and highlight the implications and significance of the results.

10. Conclusion

The conclusion should summarize the main findings and their significance. It should not simply repeat the abstract. Recommendations for future research may be included.

11. Acknowledgments

Authors should acknowledge individuals who contributed to the study but do not qualify for authorship, as well as any technical or material assistance received. Funding sources must not be listed here but in the Funding Statement.

All sources of funding for the research must be declared. If the research received no specific funding, authors must state: "This research received no external funding."

13. Conflict of Interest Statement

All authors must declare any financial, personal, or professional conflicts of interest that could have influenced the research. If there are no conflicts of interest, authors must state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
